Yes we are starting with a Sav & a Gewurztraminer (both made by Aaron from the family vines) & possibly a Pinot Noir (trying to get our hands on a great brew a friend has made and may have some surplus of). The Sav & Gewurzt will be bottled next week – so will be available very soon for you to have a try :)

I’m guessing you’ll be releasing a Sav Blanc and maybe a Pinot Noir but maybe I should not get ahead of myself. What variety/ies will you be starting with? I like trying a range but am primarily partial to syrahs, (not really a big Marlborough variety but, depending where your land is still an option – just look at Fromm) complex chardonnays, rieslings, and bordeaux blends.

I look forward to giving some a try when they make their way out to the public…
