Hows the NPA going?
The NPA is looking really good Paul…both batches!! We will have labelling issues though. The wild yeast have produced alot of sulphur compounds. Unfortunately the “beasts” have exceeded the 10ppm limit. We will now have to label with the normal ‘contains sulphides’ although we will ave no added sulpur plastered all over every other space on the label!!
