I took a bit of a sugar hit in the winery the other night and shot this little vid. We are getting a little excited because our 09′ ferments are nearing completion, and are taking on lives of their own in more ways than one! I mentioned in a previous post that we are single vineyard so to help with complexity in our Savvy we use a few different yeast strains. Also, the offer still exists for anyone that wants to “make” their own Fiasco blend. We would send individual blend samples out to people to play around with. You guys can then send back the % of each blend you would like in your own Fiasco wine. We would then personally finish off the wine (stabilise/filter) and bottle it for you personally! This would be at a very reasonable price of course……you are all Fiasco friends!!! So, if you are interested, leave a comment, email us or send us a DM on twitter. The more the merrier, and the lower the cost for all. Blend samples will be ready to send out in 2-3 weeks
